The Department of Mathematics of University of Rome Tor Vergata is currently advertising a 1-year research fellowship (“Assegno di ricerca”) in the framework of the research program “Variational and PDE methods for the study of Hamiltonian systems and the Hamilton‐Jacobi equation”.
The ideal candidate is a strong young researcher with interest in Hamiltonian dynamics, Hamilton-Jacobi equations and related subject (in a broad sense).
The gross annual salary is about €32.000 and there is no teaching duty.
The “Dipartimento di Matematica e Applicazioni” (Department of Mathematics and its Applications) of the University of Milano-Bicocca plans to open one or two positions (depending on the number and quality of interested researchers) for tenured (or tenure-track) faculty appointments in the next future. A postdoctoral position is available within the ANR project COSY: “New challenges in contact and symplectic topology”.

Announcement for a Junior professorship in Geometry & Dynamics at University of Heidelberg (Germany).
This is a 6-year (non-tenure track) position with a modest teaching load and typical rights of a German professor (e.g. advising students etc.) but very few administrative duties.
